These Terms and Conditions govern all delivery services provided by TTA Jet Dispatch Services ("TTA Jet").
By using our services, the customer ("Client") agrees to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Delivery Options and Liability
TTA Jet offers three delivery options designed to meet varying levels of customer protection and service needs:
1.1 Basic Delivery - GHC 40- GHC 70 Accra (Standard Service)
- - Flat rate of GHC 40 per delivery within Accra and GHC 70 per delivery in Tema.
- - No item value declaration required.
- - TTA Jet is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of any items sent under this option.
This service is recommended for low-value, non-fragile items.
1.2 Protected Delivery - GHC 69.9 - GHC 135 (Enhanced Care Service)
- - Flat rate of GHC 69.9 per delivery in Accra and 135 per delivery in Tema
- - Customer must declare the value of the item at the time of booking.
- - Includes enhanced handling and package care during transit.
- - In the event of a verified loss or damage, TTA Jet may, at its sole discretion, provide partial compensation up to a reasonable limit.
This service is recommended for moderately valued items.
1.3 Premium Delivery - GHC 100 - GHC 185 Declared Value (Full Protection)
- - Customer must declare the value of the item at the time of booking.
- - Flat rate of GHC 100 per delivery in Accra and GHC 185 per delivery in Tema
- - In the event of verified loss or damage, TTA Jet will compensate up to 100% of the declared value.
Recommended for high-value, fragile, or business-critical shipments.
2. Value Declaration
Clients are required to declare the full and accurate value of goods when selecting the Protection and Premium Delivery option.
Failure to declare item value voids all rights to full compensation under these terms.
3. Packaging and Handling
Clients are responsible for ensuring that items are properly packaged to withstand normal handling during transport.
TTA Jet will not be held responsible for damages resulting from inadequate packaging.
4. Delivery Confirmation
A delivery shall be considered completed once the recipient acknowledges receipt through signature, phone confirmation, or any other agreed form of proof of delivery.
5. Limitation of Liability
Except under the Protective and Premium Delivery option with declared value, TTA Jet's liability is limited strictly to the terms of the selected delivery type. Under no circumstance shall TTA Jet be held liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from delivery delays, item misplacement, or damage.
6. Compensation Claims
All claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery time.
Claims filed after this period may not be honored.
7. Payment Terms
All delivery fees must be paid in full before dispatch unless a written agreement for credit has been established. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
8. Force Majeure
TTA Jet shall not be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage arising from events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, road accidents, strikes, or government restrictions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
Any disputes arising shall be resolved amicably or through the appropriate Ghanaian courts.
